 This helps us get to know you and your family better. Once we receive your application, we’ll reach out to schedule a phone call so you can learn more about us, our program, and what to expect.

 After your phone call, you’ll have the opportunity to join our Master Waitlist. This list is for families who are ready and waiting for a future puppy. You’ll receive updates and be among the first to hear about upcoming litters. 

 When puppies are about two weeks old, we’ll know how many boys and girls are available. At that point, families on the Master Waitlist can choose to move to a specific Litter List. This ensures you can select the puppy that’s right for you before placing a deposit. 

 We can’t wait to get to know you and your family! Your lifestyle, preferences, and goals are important to us as we work to match you with the perfect Goldendoodle puppy. Our top priority is ensuring that each puppy is placed in a loving home where they’ll thrive—and that starts with understanding what makes your family unique.

To begin the process, please fill out our Puppy Application. Once we’ve reviewed your submission, and if we feel you’d be a great fit for one of our puppies, you’ll receive a personal phone call from our breeder. This is a chance for us to connect, learn more about each other, and give you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have about our program.

We understand that bringing home a Goldendoodle puppy is a meaningful and exciting decision. To help make the process smooth and transparent, we use a Master Waitlist and Litter List system.

If your application is approved and you choose to move forward, a non‑refundable reservation fee is required to secure your spot on our Master Waitlist. This fee is applied toward the total purchase price of your puppy. Families are added to the Master List in the order that both the application is approved and the reservation fee is received.

Once a litter is born, we will contact families on the Master List to see who would like to move onto that specific Litter List. This step allows us to confirm how many males and females are available before the full deposit is required.

You will have 72 hours after being notified to decide whether you would like to join that Litter List or remain on the Master List.

• If you choose to move to the Litter List, the remaining deposit amount will be due at that time.
• If you choose to stay on the Master List, you will keep your place and naturally move up as families ahead of you select their litters.

The order of the Litter List will always follow the order of the Master List.

Puppy picking follows the order of the Litter List—no exceptions. The breeder always reserves the right to the first pick male and first pick female of every litter. If we choose not to keep a puppy from that litter, all families will move up accordingly.

Final payment is due when you pick up your puppy at 8 weeks of age. If your puppy is flying to you, transport fees are due at the time of booking, and the final payment for your puppy is due at 7 weeks of age.
